This frame is very old and has it’s own unique patina and blemishes. Do not mistake chips or tarnished paint as a faulty item; I have purposely left these pieces this way to preserve the antiqued look! There is a small wood loss in the upper left hand corner. This gilt frame is in remarkably good condition and it is heavy; it feels sturdy and well made. The color of gold changes from room to room; this photo was taken with blinds open.
